We went searching for engineered hardwood for our master bedroom to coordinate with the hardwood we had installed in our front hall ten years ago. Happily, Pam from Carpet Mill Outlet USA in Roscoe, IL, was able to locate the manufacturer and order the correct flooring! The materials arrived in a relatively short period of time and the installation was scheduled in a timely fashion. The installers (Jeff, Josh, James, and David/Dan (sorry I'm not sure of his name) were all very professional, polite, and respectful. The team worked well together, relying on each other's strengths. One of the reasons we selected CMO was due to the fact that their installers were not subcontracted. They definitely were focused on the job and communicated well. We are very pleased with our new flooring and would like to thank the members of the CMO staff and crew for the quality product in our home!

We had THE best experience in purchasing over 100 square yards of carpet this past week.
Walked into the store, was greeted by Bob Fisher, and from then on, it was smooth sailing. He walked us thru the different carpets and pads, the whole process of tearing out old and installing new. The pricing was down to the penny, no surprises. He is extremely knowledgeable about it all, and we felt 100% in good hands.

I can’t say enough about Dave Winters’ patience and his willingness to quote, requote and then requote again to make sure we got exactly what we wanted at a price we felt comfortable spending. The exceptional service didn’t stop there. The LVP installers, James and Josh were amazing! They had a huge job tearing out all our old flooring before they could even start laying the new flooring! The turn around time and disruption of our home was minimal. They were very considerate of the fact that my husband worked from home and did their best to keep the noise level down.
